Simply fill out our form in full and we will be in contact within 48 hrs with any questions or to let you know when your prescription is ready for collection.

Please note: If Eden Vets have never prescribed your pet the medication you are requesting, you will be asked to attend a Medication Review Consultation with one of our vets. Please contact the practice on 01270 439289 and speak to a member of our reception team to arrange this consultation.

Please note: ALL medications including
anti-parasite treatments require health check appointment every 6 months, blood tests may be advised if applicable. For controlled medications such as anti-epileptics (phenobarbitone) and neuropathic painkillers (Gabapentin / Pregabolin) these require health checks every 3 months with our team only being able to authorise and prescribe 28days’ worth
at a time.
